Beba Sardiña Mann has been a resident of the City of Miami for 49 years. For the past 30 years Mrs. Mann has worked for three prestigious law firms in various capacities. Mrs. Mann attended Miami-Dade Community College and is a licensed real estate agent.
Determined to make a difference in her community, she became active in her homeowners’ association promoting smart growth issues. During her involvement, Silver Bluff and other homeowner associations joined forces to create Miami Neighborhoods United to help Miami homeowners organize more effectively to protect their quality of life.

Beba’s greatest pride is her children: Miguel and Sofia were raised in the Silver Bluff/Shenandoah community. Miguel is a successful businessman and Sofia is currently studying at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. She is also the proud grandmother of two lovely girls, Olga Sofia and Mariana.
