Ricardo Lambert was born and raised in Miami Beach. He graduated from Curley Notre Dame High School in 1985 and from Florida International University in 1993. After teaching one year at LaSalle High School and two at Avon Old Farms in Connecticut, Mr. Lambert resettled back home and has been a Teacher and a Dean at Ransom Everglades School since 1996. Since college he has continued to be a counselor and a group leader at Camp Androscoggin in Maine. After moving to Miami in 2002, he has become more aware and more active in neighborhood issues through the inspiration and leadership of Judith Sandoval and Nina West and their tireless efforts with Miami Neighborhoods United.
