Albena Sumner

Founder and President of the Allapattah Homeowners Association is a community activist and a former board member of the Miami-Dade County Performance Commission, City of Miami Brownfields Advisory Board, City of Miami Solid Waste Efficiency Committee, and City of Miami Committee on the Status of Women.  Presently, Ms. Sumner serves as a member of the City of Miami Parks Advisory Board, City of Miami Equal Employment Advisory Board, City of Miami Committee on Beautification and the Environment, City of Miami Police Steering Committee, City of Miami Citizens on Patrol, Charmz, Etiquette Club for Girls and Miami-Dade County District 3 Council of Presidents.  She is also a past President of the PTA for Allapattah Elementary School and Allapattah Middle School, as well as Founder and past President of the Miami Jackson High School Booster Club.
