The Voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for Friday, February 1, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. EST, at Dinner Key Marina, 3400 Pan American Drive, Conference Room No. 314, Miami, FL  33133.

The Deadline for Requests for Information/Clarification (RFIs) is Friday, February 8, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. (local time).  All RFIs must be submitted in writing.
