The Voluntary Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for Friday, April 26, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. EST, at Miami Riverside Center (MRC) Building, 444 S.W. 2nd Avenue, 6th Floor, South Conference Room, Miami, FL 33130.
