The Voluntary Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. EST, at Jose Marti Park, 351 SW 4th Street, Miami, FL 33144.

The Deadline for Requests for Information/Clarification (RFIs) is Friday, February 8, 2019 at 5:00 PM. All RFIs must be submitted in writing.
