The Voluntary Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for Friday, February 7, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. EST, at Miami Riverside Center, 444 SW 2 Avenue, 6th Floor, South Conference Room, Miami, Floirda 33130.

The deadline for Requests for Information/Clarification (RFIs) is Friday, February 14, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. EST  All RFIs must be submitted in writing.
