The Voluntary Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. EST, at Olympia Theater (Mainstage),174 E. Flagler Street, Miami, FL 33131.

The deadline for Requests for Information/Clarification (RFIs) is Monday, August 19, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. EST  All RFIs must be submitted in writing.
