The Training Division of Human Resources is responsible for coordinating the City's Organization Development, Change Management, and Training Programs. We are here to assist employees with their Mandatory City Training requirements under APM 1-10, as well as provide Professional Development Trainings, Management and Supervisory Trainings, and Performance Management Coaching.

We are also responsible for coordinating, conducting and managing the following:

  • Business Process Reviews
  • Customized Trainings and Webinar Services
  • Official City Bulletins
  • Educational and Employee Discount Opportunities
  • Bring Your Child to Work Day
  • Employee Service Milestone Awards
  • Vendor Authorization Program
  • Special City Events and Programs
