Our business culture is to provide exceptional quality customer service in a timely, thorough and professional manner at all times. Our well trained Customer Service Representatives are here to serve and assist you. We are available to listen to your questions, suggestions, and/or complaints with the intent of providing the best resolution while adhering to our City Ordinances and internal standards operating procedures. Depending on the circumstances of each instance we may at times require additional documentation or may have to refer to another City Department to reach a sound decision. To expedite services, it would be helpful if you are able to provide identifiable business information (customer/invoice number, property address, lien number, folio number, etc) as applicable to your concern.

The Customer Service Section hours of operation are as follows:
