The Voluntary Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. EST, at Miami Riverside Center, 444 SW 2 Avenue, 6th Floor, South Conference Room, Miami, Floirda 33130.

The deadline for Requests for Information/Clarification (RFIs) is Friday, February 28, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. EST  All RFIs must be submitted in writing.

It is the sole responsibility of all Proposers to ensure the receipt of any and all addenda. Therefore, it is recommended that Proposers periodically check the OCI webpage for updates and the issuance of addenda.

Solicitations are subject to the "Cone of Silence" in accordance with the City of Miami City Code Sec. 18-74.
