Official copies of Agendas, Legislation and Minutes for City Commission and Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) meetings, can be obtained from the City of Miami's Office of the City Clerk, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, FL 33133 or by calling (305) 250-5360. Printed agendas are available five business days prior to the Commission Meeting.

Complete Agenda Packages with attachments are available prior to the Commission meeting. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view these attachments online. Also, because of difficulties reproducing them, some items included in the Agenda Packages for Commission may not be included here. To obtain or view missing items, please contact the Office of the City Clerk.
