Where we are located

Our Department is based at the One Flagler Building, located at 14 NE 1 Ave., Miami, FL 33132, on the Second Floor. Public parking is available for visitors at two nearby municipal locations a few blocks away, both managed by the Miami Parking Authority (MPA). Access to these parking locations is accessible via NE 2 Street, which is a one-way street that only heads east. Please look for the MPA logo signs outside these lots as privately owned parking lots can charge higher fees. Below are details for the MPA parking locations which are both within an easy walking distance of our Department offices. If you have additional questions or require assistance, please call our main line at 305-416-2080.

Sobre nuestra localización

Nuestro Departamento está ubicado en el Edificio One Flagler, Segundo Piso, que se encuentra en la

Option #3: Curbside street parking. A few street/curb side parking spots exist and are identified along the south side of NE 2 Street. Should you locate one, these charge $1.75 the hour.

Valet parking is available along the front of the building at the visitor's expense. It is $10 for the first 30 minutes and $15 for the day.

If you are coming from I-95 North

  1. Get on I-95 South.
  2.  Use the left two lanes to take exit 2C for Miami Avenue.  Keep left at the fork to continue toward South Miami Ave -- using the left lane to turn right onto South Miami Avenue and then make a quick left onto South 3 Street, staying in one of the two left lanes.
  3. The street will merge onto SE 4 Street -“ follow the one-way street using one of two left lanes to turn slightly left underneath the overpass and onto SE 1 Ave.
  4. Drive along SE 1 Ave. for several blocks -“ past East Flagler Street -- and the One Flagler Building will be on your left. For parking, you must continue north past the building and turn right on NE 2 Street (GESU Church will be at the corner).
  5. After the turn, travel half a block and you will see the College Station Garage to your left and Lot 41 to your right.

  1. Coja la I-95 dirección sur.

If you are coming from I-95 South

  1. Take I-95 North.
  2. Take Exit 2A toward Biscayne Blvd./US-1/Downtown.
  3. Keep right, follow signs for SE 1st Avenue -“ the street will curve right and you will go under the overpass, making a slight left onto SE 1st Avenue.
  4. Drive along SE 1 Avenue for several blocks - past East Flagler Street -- and the One Flagler Building will be on your left.
  5. For parking, you must continue north past the building and turn right on NE 2 Street (GESU Church will be at the corner).
  6. After the turn, travel half a block and you will see the College Station Garage to your left and Lot 41 to your right.

  1. Merge onto FL-836 East.
  2.  Eventually use the right two lanes to merge onto I-95 South towards Downtown Miami.
  3.  Once on I-95 South, use the left two lanes to take exit 2C for Miami Avenue.
  4. Keep left at the fork to continue toward South Miami Ave.
  5. Use the left lane to turn right onto South Miami Avenue and then make a quick left onto South 3 Street, staying in one of the two left lanes. The street will merge onto SE 4 Street -“ follow the one-way street using one of two left lanes to turn slightly left underneath the overpass and onto SE 1 Ave.

If you are coming from the City of Miami Riverside Center Building (located at 444 SW 2nd Ave.)

  1. Take SW 2 Avenue North and then turn right on SW 1 Street.
  2. Travel east, then turn left on SE 1 Avenue, heading north.
  3. Make sure to pass East Flagler Street (pass Continental Bank which is on the corner), and you'll see the One Flagler Office Building on your left.
  4. You must continue north past the building and turn right on NE 2 Street (GESU Church will be at the corner). After the turn, travel half a block and you will see the entrance to College Station Garage to your left and Lot 41 to your right. 

Si viene del edificio Administrativo de la Ciudad de Miami (ubicado en la 444 SW 2 Ave.)

  1. Coja la SW 2 Ave., hacia el Norte y doble a la derecha en la SW 1 St.
  2. Manaje hacia el este, y doble a la izquierda en la SE 1 Ave., de nuevo manejando hacia el norte.

If you are coming from Biscayne Blvd. North

  1. Take Biscayne Blvd. South, and turn right along NE 3 Street.
  2. Travel west along NE 3 Street, past NE 2 Avenue, and make a quick left into the College Station Garage. The Miami-Dade College campus building is right across the street.
