Neighborhood Stabilization Program Single Family Infill Housing Program

The Single Family Infill project consists of the redevelopment and building of fifteen (15) new construction single family homes throughout the City of Miami on City owned lots.  The homes are part of the City’s Federal Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) strategies and will be made available to eligible low- and moderate- income families who qualify as having up to 120% of the area’s median income (AMI) as defined by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD). Please see chart below defining the maximum income limits based on family size.
