The Department of Human Resources is the official custodian of personnel records. If requests for public records not related to personnel records are being requested the appropriate City department would need to be contacted. Please be advised that the City of Miami will not release:

- SSN's
- Personal health information
- Or confidential information without the appropriate legal releases.

Records is responsible for:

- Official Personnel Records Custodian
- Public Records Requests
- Maintenance of Registers and Certification Lists per CSR
- Personnel Action Forms
- Tuition Reimbursement
- Exit Interviews
