New Employee Orientation –
This program gives an overview of policies and
information for all city employees for
performance and compliance, as well as completes
the on-boarding process with necessary paperwork
and acknowledgment forms.
Supervisor Orientation
Program – This is a 3-day program designed to
provide supervisors with training and skills to
be successful in their role as a manager.
Topics covered include performance
management and appraisals, leadership, coaching,
team building, and communications.
Information is also presented on City
Administrative Policy Manuals, key union
contract terms, Civil Service, and Risk
Management protocols.
Public Records Training – This is a program
designed to ensure compliance with Florida
Statutes when receiving and processing requests
for public records.
