The primary responsibility of the Management Services Division is the management of personnel issues which include personnel areas such as employee discipline; firefighter recruitment and hiring; and labor/management programs. Other responsibilities include coordinating the Department's information technology needs and acting as liaison between the Fire Department and other City Departments. .
