About Flagami
The Flagami NET Service area is located in the western part of
the City of Miami. It encompasses approximately 4.49 square
miles, consisting primarily of residential homes. The boundaries
are as follows:
Within its borders, Flagami contains a myriad of businesses
located in its main thoroughfares, and two industrial areas: The
Central Shopping Plaza located at 3701 NW 7th Street and the
Airport Plaza located at 5701 NW 7th Street. There are two
public schools in the area: Fairlawn Elementary, and Kensington
Park Elementary School.
The academic level of the Flagami area residents is as follows:
9,735 below the ninth grade level; 6,163 are non-high school
graduates; 6,965 are high school graduates, and 4,802 have
obtained some college education. Out of the number of citizens
that have continued their studies, 1,981 have received Associate
Degrees; 2,291 Bachelors Degrees, and 1,571 have Graduate
Degrees.
The Flagami area average Per Capita income is approximately
$10,038. Approximately 36,733 persons are above, and 7,703
