Douglas Park

Douglas Park offers amenities for families and the sports enthusiast. Outdoor fitness equipment is available free of charge for residents and visitors. This park also has baseball, softball, and football fields; basketball and tennis courts, and a playground for the little ones. Grapeland Water Park

The only water park within the City of Miami, offering four pools, two slide pools, one for toddlers, one for older children and adults, a recreation pool and a lazy river, all ages can come and cool off in the summer months. Located conveniently off the 836, Grapeland Water Park offers easy access from anywhere in Miami Dade County. Open March thru October, families can visit to splash around or book a party to celebrate a birthday or graduation.

Maximo Gomez Park

Maximo Gomez Park also known as “Domino Park” is the ideal gathering place in Little Havana for domino and chess enthusiasts. Meet other game lovers, take up a challenge and try your skills in one of Little Havana’s iconic landmarks. There is a mural that was painted by Oscar Thomas, a Dominican artist. Margaret Pace Park

Margaret Pace Park has an eight-acre waterfront and features an affordable workout area. This park has a wide range of facilities including volleyball, football field, soccer field, and two tennis courts. All ages who want a free workout with a great view should come to this park. Aquatics – Is it time to cool off? Or perhaps doing laps is part of your new fitness routine. We offer year round pools with master swim, learn-to-swim, water aerobics and open swim time. If you have a child who doesn’t know how to swim, this is the moment to look up how to sign them up for a life saving swimming class!
Master Plan – What is the vision for the future of Parks? In 2007, the Parks Department worked with Goody Clancy to talk to the community, assess the parks in Miami, and examine industry trends to create a master plan for the growth and development of parks in the City of Miami.
SDCC – Sports, life skills, work skills we offer it all for individuals with special needs. Through our M.A.G.I.C program we are able to open doors for recreation opportunities and thanks to Project Search we are helping teens graduating from high school find jobs that allow them to contribute to the community.
Tennis - Serving residents with courts where you can play with friends and offering youth and adult classes to teach technique and prepare for tournaments is what we love to do. With 53+ tennis courts within the City of Miami, there is sure to be a court perfect for you to get out there with a racquet.
Grapeland Water Park – A'hoy there mateys – Black Beard's Beach at Grapeland Water Park offers the ideal refreshing escape from the Miami heat. Two slide pools, a lazy river and a zero entry recreation pool makes this a great family destination.
Youth Programs – Whether is be after school or during seasonal camp, we are proud of our ability to provide children with a safe and enriching environment when they are out of school. We offer a variety of youth serving programs for those ages 6-13.
