The Voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. EST, at 444 S.W. 2nd Avenue, 6th Floor Main Conference Room (South), Miami, FL 33130. The Deadline for Requests for Information/Clarification (RFIs) is Friday, December 1, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. (local time). All RFIs must be submitted in writing.

IS FEDERALLY-FUNDED WITH DEPARTMENT
OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
(HUD) FUNDING. AS SUCH, THE
SELECTED BIDDER AND ALL OF ITS
SUBCONTRACTORS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO
THE CRITERIA, CONDITIONS AND
REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 3 OF THE
HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACT OF
1968, AS AMENDED, 12 U.S.C. 170LU
(SECTION 3). BIDDERS SHALL READ AND,
IF SELECTED, BE PREPARED TO COMPLETE
AND SUBMIT ALL OF THE “SECTION 3 HUD
FORMS AND CERTIFICATIONS” FOUND ON
THE PROJECT’S WEBPAGE OR OTHERWISE
REQUIRED PURSUANT TO SECTION 3. SAID
SECTION 3 HUD FORMS AND
CERTIFICATIONS ARE, HEREBY,
INCORPORATED INTO AND ARE PART OF
THIS ITB AND THE CONTRACT TO BE
AWARDED FOR COMPLETION OF THIS
PROJECT.
It is the sole responsibility of all firms to ensure the receipt of any addendum so it is recommended that the firm periodically check the OCI webpage for updates and the issuance of addenda.
