The Voluntary Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at 10:00 AM at 444 S.W. 2nd Avenue, 10th Floor Main Conference Room, Miami, FL 33130.

The deadline for Requests for Information/Clarification (RFIs) is Thursday, September 15, 2016 at 5:00 PM. All RFIs must be submitted in writing.

Davis-Bacon Wages and Benefits Provisions

All Local Workforce Participation, Community Small Business Enterprises (CSBE) and Community Business Enterprise (CBE) requirements are waived. The Wagner Creek/Seybold Canal Restoration Project is federally funded. The awarded firm must adhere to Davis-Bacon Act Wages and Benefits Rate Schedules. Please review Attachment B, State Revolving Fund Program Supplementary Conditions, Appendix C for details.
